My recent stay at Lazzoni Hotel exceeded my high expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff, especially Guest Services Manager Yasmein, ensured that any issue was promptly addressed, exemplifying exceptional hospitality. the room itself was a haven of comfort, with the air conditioning promptly fixed by Ismail from maintenance, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Istanbul's historic sites. the tea and coffee facilities in the room added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. the hotel's convenient location away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowed for a peaceful night's sleep in the soundproofed rooms—a true luxury in a busy metropolis. the rooftop terrace restaurant, Jin Terrasse, offered not only a stunning view but also delicious dishes, creating a memorable dining experience. In conclusion, Lazzoni Hotel combines Turkish hospitality with modern comforts seamlessly, making it a standout choice for travelers seeking a blend of luxury and history in Istanbul.
